FBF – Functional Bodybuilding
Welcome to FBF 8 week Functional Bodybuilding programme. This programme is designed for those looking to improve muscular size and definition. Functional Bodybuilding is a different take on traditional bodybuilding programs. This program will have you moving in different patterns whilst improving your strength and fitness. The program focuses on key elements that we believe should be in all training programs. Push, Pull, Squat, Hinge, Lunge and carrying heavy objects!
This program has been designed and tested by myself. You need have access to a gym and can get there a minimum 3x per week. Each week has 5 sessions for you to get through, of course the more sessions you can do each week will have a huge impact on your goals at the end. Week 1 you will test your lifts Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press and Push Press. From here, week 1-8 you will work on
percentages of your 1 Rep max for each lift. Week 8 the work load will drop slightly just so that we aren’t fatigued for the big test week which falls on week 9!
